Not Always Perfection

So much of work over the past couple of years has been soley made for Review Team work, Guest Design work, and if by chance I had time to create something just for myself, I always work with the thought that I might try to get the item published.
In my opinion, I have created some very nice projects and have definitely gotten some photos scrapped and put into albums, but this weekend I realized that not everything has to be "publication quality".

Dixie Pieces has a wonderful challenge that I signed up for which is centered around the senses of summer. Because of all of my design work I have not been able to participate but finally this weekend, I had a chance to do something "jut for me". As I began to work on the challenge, what could go wrong - went wrong. That is when I realized that not every page I create has to be perfect. I don't know if you can see, but the picture has glue on it because I missplaced the title; the stitching went wonky when I started so I tried to continue the look around the page; 3/4 of the way through the stitching, my sewing machine jammed and bobbin thread started showing through the front; the flower did not come out "anything" like I had planned; but you know what? The page is put into my album and I have realized that 10 or 20 years down the road, no one will probably even notice or care. lol

This is for Week #1 - Sense of Smell
