{Utterly Divine} Sweet Chevre Desert

I have to tell you, after I made this, I cut me a huge piece and savored every bite. You have no idea how good this was unless you could have been there eating it with me. This is NOT something I can make on a regular basis because I will eat it morning, noon, and night!

  • Crust

1/3 c. brown sugar

6 T. melted butter

2 c. graham cracker crumbs

Mix together and press into a buttered 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 300 degrees for about 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.

  • Cheese Filling

8 oz. Chevre Cheese

8 oz. whipped topping, thawed

1/2 c. powdered sugar

Beat together all ingredients until smooth. Spread onto the cooled graham cracker crust. Chill while making the topping.

  • Topping

1 1/2 c. goat milk (or regular milk)

1 c. sour cream

1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding, 3 oz.

1/3 c  chopped nuts, optional

With a mixer, blend together milk, pudding and sour cream. Pour over cheese filling. Sprinkle with nuts. Chill for 12 hours. (yeah right! I gave it maybe 30 and dug right in LOL).

Did I mention that it is perfectly acceptable to eat this for breakfast????

  6. Oh My Soul does that look delicious! I didn't realize what a chocolate creamy ooey gooy craving I was having today until I saw that.

I just pulled my banana out of my bag and grapped a pudding cup from the fridge at work. Dip banana in chocolate pudding. Not even remotely as good as this looks/sounds, but sufficient until I can whip this up myself.

    Thanks for sharing!

  7. Yeah, that is dangerous...I would eat it all!
