Blend together 3 1/2 cups Best Biscuit mix and 2/3 cup water. Stir just until liquid is mixed into the dough. Form into a ball and knead slightly. Pat or roll out to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter.
Place on grease baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 12 – 15 minutes. Makes 12 large biscuits.
