Now that I am watching what I eat, I try to refrain from baking bread because I have this tendency to want to eat the whole loaf right from the oven! I would never consider eating a whole loaf of bread from the store, but take it straight from the oven, and I can guarantee it will be gone in no time at all!
Liz, from Sunny Bug, told me that even though I did not consider myself an “everyday baker” these days, that she would still love to have me share something on her blog, so I did. I got out the wheat grinder and showed her how I make my own wheat flour.
Then I showed her how I make fresh homemade bread from that wheat – although it didn’t turn out quite like I had hoped.
