Craftaholics Gift Exchange

Linda from Craftaholics Anonymous recently hosted a Gift Exchange. All of the gifts needed to be mailed by June 30th and since mine has already been put into the mail, I feel like it is safe to reveal what I created for my Exchange Partner.

I have been having a blast making various type flowers so I decided to incorporate my love of handmade flowers into my gift for my partner.

She told me that she liked purple, blue, and black, a color combination that I was a little unsure of how they would look together on this project. I have to say, when it was complete, I thought it looked very elegant. (even if I do say so myself)

Flower-1  Flower-3

Here is the completed project - a Flower Corsage Pin that can be worn on a coat or jacket. It can also be used as an embellishment for a  card, scrapbook page, or other project if so desired.

If you missed out on this Gift Exchange, Linda will be hosting another in the fall so make sure you watch for the details on her blog.
